Kosmas Campaign Responds to Feeney Campaign's Attack Ad

In what the Washington Post has labeled a last-ditch, desperate attempt to save his troubled campaign, Tom Feeney has reached a new low with his latest attack ad. In an ad that hits the airwaves today, the Feeney campaign launches false, baseless attacks on Suzanne Kosmas's record and resorts to divisive political tactics by invoking the image of a 9/11 terrorist.

"Floridians will see right through Tom Feeney's desperate, last-ditch attempt to distract them from the real issues that are at stake this November," said Shripal Shah, Kosmas for Congress Communications Director. "By resorting to divisive politics, Feeney's campaign continues to represent all that is wrong with politics in Washington."

"This ad reinforces the need for Suzanne Kosmas in Congress to focus on the priorities of this district," he added. "Tom Feeney's partisan attacks won't do a thing to lower gas prices, create jobs, or help homeowners who are facing foreclosure here in Central Florida. Voters will hold him accountable for his failures on all these issues in two weeks."
